The Holiday’s are a beautiful time of year, and yet sometimes we can feel overwelmed by the pressures it can bring. The beauty and message of the season can get lost in the hustle and bustle. Family, friends and places to be are all wonderful things, and yet sometimes we are still left feeling empty and craving some quiet alone time to connect with our own inner being.

Join Jacqualine at the Studio or connect online for 7 days of dynamic pranayam (breath work) and Guided Meditations (visual cues to help one relax), which will leave you feeling calm, centered and at peace during the Holiday and as we approach 2020.
Participants can choose what time of day to participate through the LIVE LINKS that will be sent out each day. Or, you can attend in person at the studio! Each day, the meditations will be recorded and the LIVE LINK emailed to those who have signed up. You can meditate any time of the day or night!

**Jacqualine is the founder of Jaya Yoga and Meditation, and has been leading Meditation classes for 9 years. She recently led classes and workshops on her trip to Poland and while staying at her teacher’s Ashram in India. She leads our 30 day Meditation challenge each year, and has composed 6 Guided Meditation CD’s (ITunes: Jacqualine Haller) which has contributors such as Yogrishi Vishvketu (Visit HERE), Krishna Das (Visit HERE) and Deva Premal (Visit HERE).
